Can I start without a viscosity measurement?
Yes. Start with a product description and, if available, a pouring video. A supplier may need a sample to assess suitability; a description alone is not a performance guarantee.
Will one filler handle smooth and chunky sauces?
Do not assume so. Ask each supplier to confirm the proposed configuration against your full product range, including particle size, temperature and cleaning between products.
Does filling equipment establish shelf life?
No shelf-life promise is included. Share your established processing and packaging requirements so suppliers can assess the equipment. Product safety and shelf life require separate validation by qualified specialists.

Who provides warranty and after-sales support?
The selected supplier provides the commercial quotation, warranty and product-specific after-sales commitments. SAQVORO can help coordinate communication within the agreed service scope.
What should I include in a requirement?
Share the product, specifications, quantity and destination. Reference photos are helpful if available. Uncertain details can be clarified together; contact us to arrange sharing files.
Who contracts and pays?
The contracting parties, payment recipient and payment arrangements are confirmed in writing before you place any order. Warranty and after-sales are provided by the factory. SAQVORO coordinates sourcing, verification and follow-up.
