Do I need a complete coffee production line?
No. Start with the stages you need. Tell us which equipment you already have so candidate suppliers can review connections, output balance and the scope of their quotation.
Are valves and gas flushing always necessary?
Treat them as requirements to discuss, not default promises. Share the coffee format, packaging material, storage conditions and intended shelf life. Suppliers should clarify the proposed packaging process; shelf life needs separate validation.
What should I confirm before ordering a roaster?
Request the supplier’s installation requirements, including dimensions, utilities, heat source and exhaust arrangements. Clarify who handles installation, training, spare parts and warranty support in the destination country.
