Are you a factory?
No. SAQVORO is an independent China sourcing and coordination service. We research and compare suitable manufacturers and suppliers for each project.
How are suppliers checked?
We review available business and product information and seek project-specific confirmation from shortlisted suppliers. Additional factory visits, independent inspections or acceptance testing can be arranged when required and agreed separately. Checks reduce information gaps but do not guarantee supplier performance.
Who provides warranty and after-sales support?
The selected supplier provides the commercial quotation, warranty and product-specific after-sales commitments. SAQVORO can help coordinate communication within the agreed service scope.
What should I include in a requirement?
Share the product, specifications, quantity and destination. Reference photos are helpful if available. Uncertain details can be clarified together; contact us to arrange sharing files.
Who contracts and pays?
The contracting parties, payment recipient and payment arrangements are confirmed in writing before you place any order. Warranty and after-sales are provided by the factory. SAQVORO coordinates sourcing, verification and follow-up.
