How we work
You tell us the product, specifications, quantity and destination. We research suitable China-based suppliers, ask them to confirm project-specific details, and help you compare quotations, MOQ and lead times. You choose the supplier. Within the agreed scope we then help with supplier communication, order follow-up and, when needed, coordination with logistics partners.
What we are not
- We are not a factory or manufacturer.
- We are not an authorized representative of any manufacturer.
- Warranty and product after-sales are provided by the factory.
- The contracting party, payee and payment arrangements are confirmed in writing before you place any order.
- FDA / EU 10/2011 compliance documents can be provided on request, subject to the factory’s own documentation.
